1-Awaken within you the consciousness with belief
All of you, who claim to be awake, really, are you?
Do you really have awareness of being awake?
Being awake means living according to the universal beliefs of knowledge, understanding and love. You can not be awake thinking one way and doing another.
Awakening requires awareness, responsibility, perseverance, will, effort, work, energy, daring, character and physical and psychic personality, qualities that will lead you to the path of truth. The awakening is to live and exist according to what is thought and believed.
It is very easy to say and affirm that you are on the spiritual path, it is very easy to receive sweet and mystical messages from enlightened beings and read them to feel better. It is very easy to say that you are on the right track because you read, write, receive, attend and are in a working group.

1-Despierten dentro de ustedes la conciencia con creencia
Todos ustedes, que dicen estar despiertos, ¿realmente lo están? ¿Tienen efectivamente conciencia de estar despiertos? Estar despierto significa vivir de acuerdo a las creencias universales de conocimiento, entendimiento y amor. No se puede estar despierto pensando de una forma y realizando otra. El despertar requiere conciencia, responsabilidad, constancia, voluntad, esfuerzo, trabajo, energía, osadía, carácter y personalidad física y psíquica, cualidades que los conducirán hacia el camino de la verdad. El despertar es vivir y existir de acuerdo a lo que se piensa y se cree. Es muy fácil decir y afirmar que ustedes están en el camino espiritual, es muy fácil recibir mensajes dulces y místicos de los seres iluminados y leerlos para sentirse mejor. Es muy fácil decir que están en el camino correcto porque leen, escriben, reciben, asisten y se encuentran en un grupo de trabajo. Es fácil sentir que ustedes son buenas personas y que por ello tienen el cielo ganado. Es un camino fácil, pero no siempre es el correcto. Despertar es realizar de adentro hacia afuera un cambio radical y éste consiste en hacer realmente lo que el camino espiritual indica y esta transformación debe de nacer de lo más profundo de sus energías-pensamientos. El cambio es a todo nivel, físico y psíquico, solo de esta manera podrán decir que están formando su ser energético y que se encuentran en el camino espiritual. Las palabras bonitas, suaves y delicadas que han recibido hasta ahora de todos los mensajes que circulan no es suficiente: tienen que vivirlos y hacerlo parte de ustedes. Este cambio será científico, porque ustedes entrarán al único conocimiento que les dará respuestas y estas tienen que grabarse en la esencia de las energías-pensamientos, cuyo proceso es la creencia interna de tus deseos creadores. Los verdaderos cambios siempre comienzan internamente, primero en uds mismos para después volcarlo al exterior. Cuando decimos que los cambios primero se realizarán en ustedes, nos referimos a los hábitos, costumbres y rutinas negativos, que están arraigados de generación en generación. Deberán comenzar por las mudanzas de tus alimentos, de sus modas, vicios, prácticas, usos y conductas distorsionadas. El control y el dominio surgen cuando ustedes, los seres de bien no cuestionan y aceptan cualquier interferencia en sus vidas. El mal avanza cuando ustedes, seres de bien, lo permiten, por cobardía y comodidad. La ignorancia se empoza en los seres cuando ustedes no dan nada por aquellos que lo necesitan, miran muy de lejos lo que sucede en otros lugares, y egoístamente observan a aquellos gobiernos que, sin compasión, dejan morir de hambre a los seres humanos, por ambición, codicia y falta de humanidad. No corran uds atrás de aquellos que dicen tener la verdad. Uds, Sean libres con responsabilidad, cordura, sentido común, entendimiento, uds luchen por la libertad de vida y realicen lo humanamente correcto de la existencia, por propia convicción de vida, por propio convencimiento de existencia. Este es el cambio que el Universo les pide para poder entrar al alineamiento que se avecina.
2-Activen en sus vidas el deseo creador. Cuando ustedes desean profundamente el cambio, el deseo creador se activa dentro de ustedes y el cambio comienza realmente a concretarse. Ustedes lo sentirán en lo profundo de sus vidas, y los seres que los rodean también lo captarán. Irradiarán luz por donde pasen y dejarán una estela de conocimiento, entendimiento y amor. El deseo creador es la fórmula grabada que nuestro creador, el Principio Único, les legó a uds. Todos los seres diseminados en el cuerpo universal del Ser Uno lo tenemos. El deseo creador es el cordón umbilical que nos une con el todo y para el todo y ustedes lo activarán, porque la necesidad de elevar y la autenticidad de ser los llevará a uds a desearlo. Es necesario y urgente que ustedes entiendan que el deseo por cambiar y transformar lo negativo en positivo debe ser llevado a la práctica del día a día. Cuando el deseo surge dentro de ustedes y solo se queda como deseo, desaparecerá con el tiempo, se diluye en fantasías de ansias y espejismos, porque no es auténtico, no es creador, solo será procreador de energías-pensamientos que tienden a ilusionar, pero no a concretar. El deseo creador es la verdadera vida y existencia. El deseo creador es el transformador de todo lo que ustedes pueden imaginar. Es desearlo con conciencia y amor; una vez activado, ustedes verán los cambios extraordinarios que se generarán en ustedes y en todo lo que los rodea. Esta es la verdadera magia y milagro. Serán ustedes los transformadores de la nueva realidad, porque ese deseo emanará de la vida interna, y esta, lo podemos asegurar, es la verdad de la existencia.
3-Entren al verdadero conocimiento de la vida

¿Qué significa entrar al verdadero conocimiento? ¿Leer, asistir a conferencias místicas, pertenecer a un grupo de estudios espirituales, meditar, hacer yoga? No, eso no es estar dentro del verdadero conocimiento. Entrar en el conocimiento significa un estudio profundo de ustedes mismos. Es despertar la necesidad de cultura, investigar, lo máximo posible de la realidad en que uds viven. Es saber cómo ustedes, el planeta y el Universo funcionan, saber el comportamiento del cuerpo material y de la psiquis humana. Confrontarse cara a cara con el mayor enemigo que ustedes tienen... ustedes mismos. Es estudiar profundamente el significado de los símbolos de todo tipo y clase, comenzando por los oníricos. Es aprender y comprenderse a sí mismos. Es despertar la compasión y la humanidad, porque a través de estas cualidades entrarán al conocimiento de la causa y efecto y al hacerlo uds recuperarán el amor perdido. Conocimiento es equilibrar las dos fuerzas universales: masculina y femenina. Es entenderlas y convivir con ellas, direccionándolas a la fuerza cósmica y universal. Conocimiento es unirse en pareja no por el placer sexual ni por las presiones sociales, ni para tener hijos porque así lo demanda el esquema establecido. Tener una pareja significa unir vibración, ritmo, frecuencia, colores, etc., porque así ayudarán a encarnar a las energías-pensamientos elevadas y erradicarán a las corrosivas y negativas. Tener el conocimiento y vivir de acuerdo a ello es lo que ustedes llaman espiritualidad. El conocimiento verdadero es lo que a uds, les va a enseñar, el camino correcto, y ese es el único que ustedes tienen para salir de los conflictos emocionales negativos enfermos en que uds viven. A través del conocimiento consciente, ustedes se enfrentarán a las emociones negativas enfermas, uds las conocerán cara a cara y no las temerán, porque uds sabrán cómo funcionan y cómo deberán transmutarlas. Estas emociones adversas no se convertirán en una realidad sufrida y dolorosa; muy por el contrario, ustedes mismos necesitarán conocerlas para vencerlas. ¡¡Hermanos e hijos!! Uds Tienen que hacer un esfuerzo para despertar... Hoy, uds son como los sonámbulos: caminan, viven, procrean y desencarnan sin saber porqué. Existen aquellos que están medios despiertos y medios dormidos, no definen su estado y cuando están despiertos no quieren ni gustan ver lo que ven, entonces vuelven a dormir, porque no se quieren confrontar con verdades dolorosas y sufridas, entonces, prefieren continuar durmiendo es más cómodo y fácil, porque no los hace trabajar. Así están la mayoría, flojos y perezosos. Los dolores del enfrentamiento lo esconden y guardan en el alcohol, las drogas, el sexo, la disipación y la falta de conciencia, para escapar de la verdad, escondiendo en el extravío del olvido y del placer tu falta de valentía. Entrar en el conocimiento es una forma de expresarse, vivir, ser, comportarse, actuar y proceder. Esta es la manera de reconocer a los seres que verdaderamente se encuentran en el camino. Todo lo demás es fantasía, ilusión, delirio, espejismo, ensueño y quimera que ustedes colocan en tus vidas para no sufrir y ser “felices”. ¿Felicidad? ¿Saben uds lo que significa?...

La felicidad (Wikipedia)-Es un estado de ánimo caracterizado por dotar a la personalidad de quien la posee, un enfoque de vida positiva. Es definida como una condición interna de, alegría, regocijo, entusiasmo y optimismo. Se entiende en este contexto como positivo, la capacidad de abordar una tarea llevándola al término propuesto. El resultado final complace a la persona que acomete dicha tarea. Como resultado de una actividad neural constante en un entorno con variables ya experimentadas y conocidas, los distintos aspectos de la actividad mental fluyen de forma, siendo los factores internos y externos que interactúan con el. En dicho proceso se pueden experimentar derivadas, que no tienen por qué ser placenteras, siendo consecuencia de un aprendizaje ante un medio variable. La estimulación de la vida interior positiva, dará un enfoque de los resultados más óptimos, ayudando a la integración de la información adecuada. Ello fomentará respuestas nutridas desde el inconsciente (mundo interior) porque el consciente adaptará a los límites del medio. De esta forma se propicia o aplaza ese estado anímico. Si no se logra integrar la información de forma óptima (quizás porque no se ha conseguido lo que se pretende), el resultado será una polarización a la espera de ser integrada en una solución que cancele la carga psíquica-negativa.La verdadera felicidad se obtiene del mundo interior, del conocimiento, entendimiento y amor universal. Cuando ustedes sientan tristeza, angustia, desazón, sufrimiento y más, es porque están en el camino incorrecto. Es el ego, que los mantiene esclavizados a uds, de sus caprichos, antojos y voluntades egoístas y materialistas. El ego es el peor enemigo que vive, duerme y está dentro de ustedes. Ustedes son un doble, una imagen perfecta de él, ustedes mismos lo crearon y diariamente se miran en él como el espejo de sus vidas. ¿Quieren uds conocer al ego? Mírense a sí mismos... ¿Cómo entonces se puede conseguir la felicidad reflejándose en un espejo distorsionado, opaco y sin luz o cómo la pueden uds obtener por medio de actos insanos, degradantes e irreales?
4- Impulsen dentro de ustedes el entendimiento consciente Una vez que uds hayan comprendido el conocimiento unido al deseo creador, automáticamente uds activarán el entendimiento, porque esta cualidad se junta a las dos anteriores. El entendimiento hace que ustedes lleven todo su conocimiento a la práctica de sus vidas. Cuando uds comienzan a vivir de acuerdo a los parámetros universales, las puertas se abren y ustedes comenzarán a entender lo que se encuentra entre líneas y atrás de los velos de la vida. Esto se produce porque la visión interna mirará más allá que la visión material, porque el entendimiento no es lineal como los sueños, abarca la circunferencia y la profundidad y esto se produce porque ustedes están despiertos. Por esta razón el ser despierto posee una visión circular, él ya no mira por mirar, él ve y mira con entendimiento. Mirar con entendimiento consciente significa entender a través de la lógica, razón, raciocinio, conciencia y más. Esta será la manera de vencer los demonios internos llamados emociones negativas enfermas, esta es la lucha interna que ustedes tendrán para imponerse, ordenando la vida y al hacerlo la van a entender tan bien, que ustedes dominarán sus actos, acciones

5- Obtengan uds la existencia con resultados reales
Nosotros, los Seramitas, somos sus padres y hermanos mayores, por eso a veces les hablamos con dureza y directamente a los hechos, porque queremos que ustedes tomen conciencia de sus vidas. El conocimiento del ser uno es directo y muchas veces crudo; es necesario que nosotros sus hermanos mayores nos expresemos con rigor porque ustedes no están entendiendo la gravedad de lo que estamos transmitiendo. Deseamos para ustedes lo mejor, pero uds tienen que comprender que debemos dejarlos libres para que uds crezcan y maduren. Somos los padres que ven a sus hijos como niños grandes, un poco irresponsables, algo insensatos, muy impulsivos, a veces atolondrados y alocados. Sabemos que en medio de todos ustedes existen aquellos seres que sí tienen conciencia, pero son la minoría, la mayoría prefieren creer en historias fantásticas de salvación; de una era dorada de paz y armonía, donde ustedes elevarán cánticos de gloria al creador; de naves extraterrestres que bajarán a llevarlos al paraíso y más. Todo lo mencionado es cierto, pero no está basado en resultados reales sino en la fantasía de sus energías-pensamientos. Nosotros, los Seramitas, somos la Ciudad Interna, trabajamos en unión a los voluntarios Ayaplianos, nuestro trabajo en conjunto es ser guardianes de Tera. Tenemos cargos específicos en la labor que realizamos. Cuando ustedes ven ovnis o naves espaciales en el espacio, somos nosotros que viajamos a través del magnetismo. Nuestra realidad es antimateria, por esta razón muchos de ustedes no nos pueden ver. No ostentamos títulos ni jerarquías, estamos alrededor de Tera para cuidar el orden energético que el planeta y ustedes necesitan. 6- Estudien y entiendan los simbolismos de la vida y entorno

Es muy importante que uds tomen conciencia de la existencia, significa aprender y saber descifrar los símbolos del idioma universal. A uds Les hemos mandado infinidad de símbolos en los sembríos y ustedes no llegan a entenderlos totalmente. Algunos de sus científicos ya los están descifrando; en ellos les comunicamos los acontecimientos futuros y los peligros de ciertos experimentos que están realizando. No podemos comunicarnos con todos los científicos del planeta, porque sus energías-pensamientos se encuentran muy cerradas e inmersas en la intelectualidad. La mayoría de los científicos están parametrados en conceptos rígidos y planetarios, no abren sus mentes a posibilidades universales, es por esta razón que no podemos comunicarnos con ellos y aquellos pocos que sí creen en nuestra existencia son considerados fuera de la normalidad. No hay peor ciego que el que no quiere ver y no hay peor sordo que el que no quiere escuchar. Nuestra presencia ya es conocida por todos los gobiernos e Instituciones religiosas del planeta, ellos saben quiénes somos, pero insisten en ocultarnos, degradando nuestra imagen, por poder y ambición. No podrán ocultarnos por más tiempo; nuestra presencia ya está siendo revelada por todos aquellos que están despertando, y son ustedes los que se encargarán de hacerlo público y real. Los gobiernos e Instituciones religiosos han escondido la verdad para controlar a las masas, alegando que cundiría el pánico y esto no es verdad: el hombre del planeta ya está preparado psicológicamente a aceptar la realidad extraterrestre. Es cierto que al principio sería algo insólito, pero ustedes se acostumbrarían y lo llevarían con mente abierta. Muchos de los seres que ya se encuentran despiertos y concientizados, son con los que nos estamos comunicando, pero falta la fuerza de la credibilidad masiva de todos los países y esta se conseguirá si todos ustedes se unen en la creencia y en la elevación del pensamiento. Este es el trabajo consciente que nosotros los Seramitas estamos haciendo.Necesitamos la unión de ustedes, solo así podremos hacernos visibles, porque recuerden, nosotros vivimos en la realidad antimateria y para hacernos visibles necesitamos la fuerza y creencia cósmica de la energía-pensamiento. No hay otra manera de presentarnos ante ustedes, y esta se obtiene de la fuerza del pensamiento.
7- Uds Vivan de acuerdo a lo aprendido
Si todos ustedes vivieran de acuerdo a las enseñanzas universales, el planeta comenzaría a cambiar. Necesitamos la fuerza positiva unida, porque si no la fuerza negativa enferma continuará avanzando. Uds Tienen que ser congruentes entre lo que uds creen y piensan, con las obras y acciones de su vida. No es posible que los veamos asistir a grupos de trabajo, los veamos leer el conocimiento universal y después de ello, los vemos comprando en los mercados alimentos contaminantes y químicos o están en fiestas tomando alcohol, fumando y comiendo carnes rojas de todo tipo y todo el alimento inservible que ingieren, sin percibir ni tener conciencia del veneno que le están dando a su cuerpo físico y psíquico. ¿De qué les vale a uds entonces todo lo anterior? ¿Qué aprendieron uds en esos grupos o qué leyeron uds en los libros y mensajes que nosotros les mandamos? Cuando

decimos que ustedes deben vivir de acuerdo a lo aprendido es justamente lo que estamos nombrando. Vivir congruentemente y con conciencia es percibir la vida y el entorno que los rodea a uds. Es saber el cuándo, cómo, por qué y dónde de la existencia. La mayoría de ustedes solo hablan, pero no actúan. El desfase energético y la distorsión están en esa dualidad esquizofrénica que ustedes tienen. ¿Cuándo comenzarán uds a percibir que las emociones negativas enfermas los dominan, encaminándolos al instinto y sensación porque es agradable, seductor, atrayente y fascinante? ¿Cuándo entenderán uds que es una trampa sensitiva del ego que los tiene esclavos de su perversidad e instinto? ¡¡Despierten!! Y cuando uds lo hagan verán el mundo real, sabemos que no será agradable ni seductor, pero será real... y eso es lo más importante. Despertar es vivir de acuerdo a lo aprendido y ser auténticos. No sueñen uds dormidos... sueñen despiertos, esta es la verdadera vida, la existencia que el Creador nos dio a todos sus hijos.
8- Donen el amor con conciencia
Cuando se despierta y se vive de acuerdo a la conciencia, el ser debe por amor despertar a sus hermanos que están dormidos. La vida es un continuo recibir y dar y es muy importante que ustedes reciban el amor universal y donen ese sentimiento a los otros, de mil formas y maneras. El amor se encuentra en todo lugar y es este sentimiento divino que hará de ustedes seres que se nutren de las experiencias y vivencias que el Universo les da. El amor con conciencia es aquel que sabe a ciencia cierta la causa y el efecto de recibir y dar. La vida los ha llevado a ser grandes maestros de la luz, porque el conocimiento y entendimiento de lo vivido, ustedes lo convertirán en un amor tan profundo obtenido del extraordinario esfuerzo que uds han realizado para salir del fondo del pozo y emerger con la fuerza y potencia del amor cósmico y trascendental. Cuando el amor aprendido se da, regresa aumentado diez veces más, porque transformará la acción, obra y pensamiento de todos aquellos que se nutran de él. El amor con conciencia es la magia y el milagro al mismo tiempo. Es la transmutación alquímica, donde se realizan las combinaciones químicas del deseo creador. Es la plasmación del verbo y de todo lo existente.Los seres que se encuentran en esta fase alquímica, querrán, necesitarán y proveerán todo lo necesario para que su trabajo físico y psíquico, sea encaminado hacia la ayuda altruista del amor universal. Son los verdaderos y auténticos trabajadores y guerreros de la luz...
9- Activen el contacto con el interior
Nosotros, los Seramitas, estamos en la Ciudad Interna. Dentro de ustedes existe también una Ciudad Interna; esta se encuentra en la glándula pineal. Activar el contacto con tu interior significa descubrir el mundo interior, y cuando ustedes viven de acuerdo a ese mundo, es el espíritu del Universo quien existe dentro de ustedes, cuya sabiduría los guiará y los conducirá a la realización máxima de la labor cósmica.
