You must understand that we, the Ayaplianos-Volunteers of the ships, the Seramites-Inner City, and the Elohim, who are communicating this knowledge of THE ONE BEING and all the messages that we have sent for 40 years through the Ascended Masters, find ourselves existing in an Antimatter-Magnetic reality protected until now by us. 

 

We have not been able to physically communicate with you, primarily due to the disease that attacked you, and second, due to the electromagnetic instability of the planet, caused by the distortion of the thought energies. 

 

Until now we have communicated with some of you who have been able to capture the frequency and waves of our telepathic signals, and this may have been possible because individually these beings have their thought energies elevated and their electromagnetism balanced. 

 

We are Energetic Beings, and you are Psychic Beings as long as you do not form your spirit we will not be able to communicate and place ourselves face to face because our frequency and vibration do not emit the same wavelength the difference between us is produced by the speed that contain these waves. 

 

To communicate with you, we need to slow down, and emit a lower frequency, we can do it up to a certain point, and that is where we can make ourselves visible and communicate with some of you since the beings that capture us have raised their frequency, we have lowered the frequency, and we have met halfway. 

 

Many of you are picking us up telepathically, you are energetically high, but you do not have the knowledge of science and technology.

Deben uds. entender que nosotros los: Voluntarios-Ayaplianos de las naves, los Seramitas-Ciudad Interna y los Elohim, que estamos comunicando este conocimiento EL SER UNO y todos los mensajes que mandamos desde hace 40 años a través de los Maestros Ascendidos, nos encontramos existiendo en una realidad Antimateria-Magnética protegida hasta ahora por nosotros. No hemos podido comunicarnos físicamente con ustedes, primeramente por la enfermedad que los atacó a uds. y segundo, por la inestabilidad electromagnética del planeta, causada por la distorsión de las energías-pensamientos. Hasta el momento nos hemos comunicado con algunos de ustedes que han podido captar la frecuencia y ondas de nuestras señales telepáticas, y esto ha podido ser posible, porque individualmente estos seres tienen sus energías-pensamientos elevadas, y su electromagnetismo equilibrado. Nosotros somos Seres Energéticos, y ustedes son Seres Psíquicos, mientras no formen su espíritu no nos podremos comunicar y colocarnos frente a frente, porque nuestra frecuencia y vibración no emiten la misma longitud de ondas, la diferencia entre nosotros se produce, por la velocidad que contienen estas ondas. Para comunicarnos con ustedes nosotros necesitamos disminuir la velocidad, y emitir una frecuencia más baja, lo podemos realizar hasta cierto punto, y es ahí donde podemos hacernos visibles y comunicarnos con algunos de ustedes, ya que los seres que nos captan han elevado su frecuencia, nosotros hemos bajado la frecuencia, y nos hemos encontrado a medio camino. Muchos de ustedes nos están captando telepáticamente, son elevados energéticamente, pero no tienen el conocimiento de la ciencia y tecnología.
