High-Quality Nutrition: The Baby-Spirit must be nourished with high-quality "protein"—meaning cosmic, high, and universal knowledge.
The Danger of Over-Feeding: Consuming too much unselective knowledge leads to psychic over-feeding, resulting in confusion, stress, and mental "indigestion."
Management and Integration
Selective Consumption: To prevent the Baby-Spirit from merely fattening instead of being properly nourished, individuals must become selective about the knowledge they absorb.
Coping Mechanisms: Psychic suffering and over-feeding can be managed through Understanding, alongside relaxation techniques such as Yoga, meditation, deep breathing, reading, and group work.

El Ser tendrá molestias físicas y psíquicas en los tres primeros meses (Realidad Primaria) del embarazo-espiritual.
Debido al Bing-Bang del Despertar de Consciencia y a la Concepción de su Bebé-Espíritu en la Glándula Pineal, ustedes se sentirán raros, extraños e incómodos.
El primer síntoma en el embarazo, es perder el ciclo menstrual.
¿Cómo podríamos comparar la pérdida del ciclo menstrual, con el embarazo del Bebé-Espíritu?
La sangre representa: La Vida material y es la vida material la que el espíritu va a aprender, a…Renunciar.
El Despertar de la Consciencia trae consigo, remover el agua estancada del subconsciente, donde se encuentran las emociones más difíciles de erradicar y trabajar, son aquellas enquistadas en lo más profundo del alma, cuyas revelaciones íntimas, ustedes no quieren ver, sentir, ni escuchar.

Por este motivo, se encontrarán en situaciones desagradables, donde aflorará algunas verdades incómodas, como los dolores del ciclo menstrual, que ustedes no quieren confrontar.
Enfrentar verdades reveladas, dichas o insinuadas, les producirá síntomas dolorosos y digestivos en el físico y en la psiquis, no muy agradables para el sentir del alma.
En la activación de este proceso, los malestares psíquicos y la limpieza del alma producirá en ustedes: Dolores musculares, dolores de cabeza, sueño, cansancio, desgana, tristeza, mal genio etc. Los síntomas del embarazo-espiritual están claros, solo les queda detectarlos, entenderlos y trabajarlos.
Como la Glándula Pineal es el útero donde se gesta el Bebé Espíritu, los pensamientos más elevados del ser, envuelven al bebé, cuidándolo de cualquier interferencia.
Por efecto del Despertar de Consciencia y por la limpieza de las emociones negativas-enfermas, las energías-pensamientos (alma) comienzan a rechazar todo lo negativo que pueda afectar al Bebé-Espíritu.
Alrededor de la Glándula Pineal se forma un campo energético, el cual proveerá y nutrirá de todo lo necesario al bebé.
Así como la progesterona, inhibe las contracciones del útero, la Energía inhibirá cualquier interferencia que pueda afectar a la Glándula Pineal.
Es conveniente, en este período del embarazo, que la alimentación del Bebé Espíritu, sea sofisticada, y, muy nutritiva.
Así como la madre se alimenta correctamente de todo lo que nutre a su bebé, la nutrición correcta para el Bebé-Espíritu son pensamientos de un alto contenido proteico, o sea, el ser debe nutrirse de conocimientos elevados, cósmicos y universales, así su bebé, crecerá fuerte, sano y energético.
Podrá pasar por sufrimientos psíquicos.
Debido al crecimiento mental y a la nutrición de energías-pensamientos de alto contenido proteico, el Ser podrá tener: Sobre-alimentación psíquica, trayéndole confusión, sufrimiento, stress, incomodidad, malestares etc.
En este período, el Ser podrá combatir estos síntomas a través del Entendimiento.
Deberá ayudarse con ejercicios de relajación: Yoga, Meditación, Respiración, Lectura, Trabajo en grupo etc.
De esta forma relajará su mente y sentirá que su alma se tranquiliza.
La alimentación energética del ser, deberá ser controlada.
Queremos decir que no debe alimentarse, comiendo todo conocimiento que llegue a él, o, nutrirse de absolutamente de todo lo que llega a sus manos, esto le producirá una indigestión tremenda.
De esta forma el Bebé-Espíritu será sobrealimentado, engordándolo solamente, pero no nutriéndolo adecuadamente.
En este período el ser debe comprender que ya se alimentó lo suficiente, y que, de ahora en adelante, él deberá distribuir la alimentación de acuerdo a la

necesidad de su bebé-espíritu. Mejor dicho, debe convertirse en un ser selectivo, y, no comer por comer, sino, nutrirse con lo mejor de esa alimentación.
El Ser tendrá una necesidad muy fuerte de hablar sobre temas
espirituales.
