Estos traslados dependerán de la rotación, traslación del planeta frente al Astro Sol y también dependerá del electromagnetismo, cuya fuerza no es aún estable. Por esta razón nos vemos obligados a cambiar de lugar, dirigiéndonos a los lugares donde la fuerza electromagnética sea más uniforme e intensa. Nosotros necesitamos el electromagnetismo, futuramente ustedes también dependerán mucho de esta fuerza. 188- Si ustedes viven en las cavernas del planeta ¿Por dónde salen y entran? Intervenir en los cánones de una especie, inmiscuirse en la evolución y directrices que encaminan al hombre hacia su propia evolución y elevación, no es permitido por la Confederación Cósmica Interestelar. Podríamos compararlo a la intervención que ustedes hacen con los animales en el laboratorio. El hombre tiene que llegar a sus propias conclusiones, ganar su sustento físico y psíquico, para poder elevar y dirigirse hacia realidades más elevadas. La evolución y elevación de la especie hombre, diseminado en el universo, debe ser siempre natural, por propia convicción y no por inducción. De esta manera la energía se amolda naturalmente, adaptándose fluidamente a su condición básica de creación. Nada en la Mente Universal puede ser forzado, obligado y conducido, la energía cósmica tiene su camino trazado y no se puede contradecir o forjar un sendero en contra. Por esta razón la energía-negativa-enferma no tiene cabida en esta gran mente, porque funciona diferente, no marca las pausas o el ritmo adecuado al ritmo universal. Aquellos que se dejarán atrapar por la fuerza-negativa-Reptiliana, es porque no entendieron, no tuvieron creencia, no trabajaron en sí mismos, no usaron las herramientas que siempre estuvieron a su disposición, entonces no podemos intervenir, es el libre albedrío de cada uno y respetamos mucho el espacio de cada ser y de cada creación.
